Taylor Courtade is an Associate at Baker Botts L.L.P. Taylor represents regulated and unregulated financial intuitions, borrowers, agent banks, private equity firms, and other institutional investors in connection with a variety of matters, including regulatory matters, senior and subordinated debt, letter of credit facilities, working capital credit facilities, acquisition financings, bridge loans, term lending, high-yield debt offerings, private placements of securities and other forms of debt financing. Taylor received her J.D. from University of Southern California and her M.P.A. and B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
Gregory (Greg) LaHood is a Real Estate Associate in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office. He represents insurance companies and other institutional investors in credit tenant lease financings and ground lease financings. He also represents equity investors and developers in connection with acquisitions, financings, and dispositions of multi-family, office, industrial and other commercial real estate assets. Greg received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. from Duke University.
Eric Larson is an Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and based in Chicago. Eric’s practice focuses on representing insurance companies, pension funds and other institutional investors in U.S. and cross-border private placements of debt securities. Eric received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and his A.B. from Dartmouth College.
Jeff Leider is a Partner in the Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group at Milbank LLP. Jeff represents project sponsors and financial institutions in domestic and international project and structured financings, with a particular focus on power generation (conventional and renewable), oil and gas, and other energy and infrastructure projects in the Americas.
Clara Pauw is an Associate in Chapman and Cutler’s Corporate Finance Department. Her practice is focused on domestic and cross-border institutional private placements, project finance, credit tenant loans and a broad range of other real estate investments. Clara received her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her B.A. from Emory University.
David Shim is a Bankruptcy Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Hartford, Connecticut. David’s practice focuses on complex reorganizations, out-of-court workout matters, and corporate insolvency and restructuring. David received his J.D. from George Washington Law School and his B.S. from Bryant University.
