Mary Liz Brady is a partner at King & Spalding LLP representing financial institutions, private credit funds, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors and private and public companies in leveraged finance transactions, including in connection with acquisitions, refinancings, loan workouts and restructurings. Mary Liz received her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and her B.A. from Colgate University.
Dewight Flinch is a Counsel on MetLife’s Investments team. He advises on domestic and cross-border private placements and infrastructure financings. Dewight is a proud graduate of Northern Caribbean University and Howard University School of Law.
Amanda Hoffman is a partner and member of Chapman’s Corporate Finance Department. She represents clients in a variety of corporate finance matters including private placements, credit tenant leases, construction loans, real estate debt transactions, equipment finance leases, and project finance. Amanda’s practice is focused on secured loans, equipment-based transactions, and contract-backed or real property secured structures. She has applied her experience with foreclosures and managing preliminary stages of restructurings and workouts to successful avoid litigation and negotiating alternative solutions for assets in distress. Amanda received her J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law and her B.A. from Miami University.
Charlie Johnson is a Counsel in the Private Investments group of Thrivent’s Law Department. Charlie advises on a variety of private equity transactions and compliance matters. Charlie received his J.D. from Stanford Law School and his B.A. from St. Olaf College.
Christopher Martinez is an AVP & Assistant General Counsel with Pacific Life Insurance Company. He is responsible for advising on a variety of private placement transactions. Christopher previously practiced at Latham & Watkins LLP. He received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and his B.A. from UC Irvine.
Jeff Richbourg is an Assistant Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Pacific Life Insurance Company. Jeff advises on private investment transactions for Pacific Life Investments, including private credit, private equity, structured finance, and fund finance. Jeff received his J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and his B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Jessica Royko is a Vice President and Corporate Counsel in the legal department of PGIM Private Credit, the private credit investment business of PGIM, Inc. Jessica provides support to PPC’s Atlanta and New York City regional offices and is responsible for advising on a wide range of domestic and international corporate finance transactions involving senior debt, mezzanine debt and equity investments. Jessica received her B.A., magna cum laude, from The University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
Amanda Sewell is a Vice President and Private Credit Counsel at PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc., where she supports the Real Assets group and the Mexico City office. Amanda advises on a variety of privately placed debt and structured equity transactions with an emphasis on investments in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Amanda received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from American University.
Hallie Tucker is an associate in the Private Credit team at Rimon. Hallie represents institutional investors, investment funds and insurance companies on a variety of domestic and international private placement financings, leveraged finance, direct lending, acquisition finance and other secured and unsecured financing transactions. Prior to joining Rimon, Hallie trained as a lawyer in the London office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Hallie received her BA from Durham University, GDL from BPP University Law School and LPC MSc from The University of Law.
