Please plan to attend the 2018 ACIC Spring Investment Forum on April 19 – 20 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. Our Co-Chairs, William Bulmer (Prudential Financial, Inc.) and Catherine Hood (Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP), working with ACIC Officers, the Education Committee and the Board of Trustees, have organized a terrific program titled “CHICAGO — Our Kind of Town.”
This year we will take a whirlwind tour of Chicago, visiting distinctive landmarks and celebrating the city’s unique culture and history, as we address towering issues in the private placement market. Our panels and speakers will provide market and regulatory updates, analyze changes, opportunities and challenges in the energy industry, study the life cycle of a private equity/mezzanine investment and spotlight anti-bias and diversity efforts and best practices that will make a real difference in our market. By incorporating thoughtful questions and working through a restructuring case study based on several recent transactions, audience participation will be encouraged to keep the discussions lively and engaging.
