Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified junior to mid-level associate with law firm experience to join our Finance Practice Group in Hartford, CT.

Practice Description:

The Firm’s Finance Practice Group primarily involves representing lenders and debt investors in all types of debt transactions: private note placements; syndicated, club and bilateral facilities; leveraged and investment grade financings; cash flow and asset-based financings; first-lien and second-lien financings; senior secured and unsecured mezzanine financings; and front-end financings as well as workouts, restructurings and debtor-in-possession financings.

Position Description:

The ideal candidate will have significant debt finance experience, with particular emphasis on the skills required to support a “lending practice.” Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills. We value collegiality and diversity among our lawyers and seek to make the practice both professionally and personally rewards.  Connecticut bar membership is preferred.
