Course Description:
The ACIC Education Committee invites you to a discussion on “It says ERISA. What do I do?” on September 17th at 4 p.m. EST.
Join Paul Koppel and Jessica Rissmiller for a conversation intended to demystify ERISA in the investments you manage. We will discuss practical tips for identifying and resolving ERISA questions from front-end investment to amendments and restructuring. Questions and discussion are welcome, as we hope all attendees will leave with new confidence to tackle questions before they become issues.
In addition to the live virtual presentation, we’ll be hosting watch parties in several cities, giving you the opportunity to gather with colleagues, watch the presentation together, and continue the conversation afterward.
