March 2023 CLE Event – Chapter 11 Overview for the Institutional Investor (Archive)

With market indicators where they are, it’s a good time to brush up on restructuring and
bankruptcy topics. During the April Spring Forum, a number of panels will address
restructuring and bankruptcy issues. As a pre-cursor to the Spring Forum and just a good
idea in general (even if you aren’t able to attend the Spring Forum) we will be hosting a
CLE on Chapter 11 101 for the Institutional Investor. The CLE will provide an overview of
Chapter 11, with a focus on issues of particular importance to an institutional investor.
