PLEASE NOTE: The presentations will be recorded and available for viewing on the Attendify Conference Platform by conference registrants only until January 15, 2021. A monitored e-mail with a qualified commentator will be made available for the posted sessions of the conference. Jurisdictions’ treatment of such virtual courses varies – most grant credit for virtual courses, some require that it qualify under self-study rules/limits, and some treat live and on-demand virtual courses differently. We strongly encourage you to review your jurisdictions’ virtual/digital media course and self-study eligibility rules prior to registration as refunds will not be issued for cancellations after October 12th, 2020. Please review your jurisdictions’ rules prior to registration and submission of affirmations. Please submit all affirmations and evaluations to cle@aciclaw.org.
CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS:
Notification of cancellation for either day of the conference must be submitted to the ACIC Administrative Office in writing (or email to office@aciclaw.org) no later than Monday, October 12, 2020. Refunds for cancellations received by Monday, October 12, 2020 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee per day of the conference that is cancelled. No refunds will be made for cancellations after October 12th. Substitutions of a colleague within the same firm are allowed if they are submitted in writing (or email to office@aciclaw.org) to the ACIC Administrative Office no later than Monday, October 12, 2020.
ACIC is a New York and Illinois accredited provider. Course approval will be pending in other states. You may obtain a copy of the Financial Hardship policy by contacting the ACIC Administrative Office.
